Reporting To: AGM – Sales & Operations
Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in Center Management / Sales / Operations
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Center Manager to lead the center's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales, operations and team management. The role includes driving admissions, ensuring smooth center operations, managing staff and delivering an excellent student experience while achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive admissions and achieve monthly targets.
· Ensure smooth center operations and maintain service standards.
· Lead, mentor and supervise counselors, trainers and support staff.
· Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
