Position: Telecaller – Admissions & Counselling
Location: Puducherry

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to students and parents from provided leads.
Explain Unacademy’s NEET, JEE & Foundation programs, courses, scholarships and admission process.
Understand student requirements and schedule counselling/demo sessions.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and admission targets.
✅ Candidate Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in EdTech/Education.
Candidates with telecalling, inside sales, admission counselling or educational sales experience are preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone.
Target-oriented, energetic and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
