Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate
Job Summary
The Sales Manager in real estate is responsible for driving property sales, managing a team of sales executives, developing sales strategies, and ensuring revenue targets are met. This role involves client relationship management, market analysis, and overseeing the end-to-end sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives/agents
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Handle high-value client interactions and negotiations
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and promotions
Conduct site visits and property presentations with clients
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with real estate regulations
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
4–10 years of experience in real estate sales (with team handling experience)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
