Job Description:
Looking for a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions. The candidate will be responsible for building workflows, integrations, and custom applications, while working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions across ITSM and SPM modules.
Must Have Skills:
- 3–7+ years of ServiceNow Development experience
- ITSM and/or SPM modules
- JavaScript, Glide APIs
- Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts
- Flow Designer & Integration Hub
- REST/SOAP Integrations
- Data Imports & Transform Maps
- CMDB, ACLs, Platform Security
- ATF (Automated Test Framework)
- ServiceNow CSA Certification
- Agile/Scrum experience
Good To Have Skills:
- SPM (Demand, Project, Portfolio, Financial & Resource Management)
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
- Platform upgrades and instance management
- Solution design and stakeholder management
- Mentoring/team leadership experience
