Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified sales leads through outbound prospecting, customer database management, digital platforms, and market research, while ensuring all lead activities are accurately maintained in the CRM.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, Google search, industry directories, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a database of potential B2B and B2C customers.
- Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects based on business requirements, buying potential, and decision-making authority.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the Sales Team.
Customer Outreach
- Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to introduce the company's products and services.
- Reconnect with existing and inactive customers to generate repeat business.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Respond to customer inquiries and route qualified opportunities to the sales team.
CRM & Reporting
- Record all customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date customer database.
- Track lead progress from initial contact to handover.
- Submit daily activity reports and weekly lead generation reports.
Market Research
- Identify emerging industries and market opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and customer trends.
- Suggest new lead generation strategies and outreach campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Telecalling, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in industrial products, manufacturing, engineering, or B2B sales is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
