Job Title: Admissions HeadExperience Required: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a College/University Admission Department.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the complete admission process from enquiry to enrollment.
- Supervise admission counselors, calling teams, and admission executives
.- Ensure effective lead generation, follow-up, conversion, and admission closure.
- Manage student admission documentation, verification, fee collection, and admission records.
- Oversee DRCC-related admissions, documentation, and compliance procedures.
- Monitor admission status, student retention, cancellations, refunds, and related processes, documentation, filing, exam form.
- Coordinate with academic and examination departments to ensure students are registered, appearing in examinations, and complying with academic requirements.
- Prepare admission reports, admission forecasts, and departmental performance reviews.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the admission department and achievement of admission targets.
- Handle parent/student queries and maintain a high standard of service and professionalism.
Skills Required:- Strong admission management and counseling skills.
- Knowledge of college admission procedures, DRCC processes, and examination systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, reporting, and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, admission software, and data management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
