What you'll do, every working day
- Diagnose where the homeowner is — planning, foundation, structure, finishing, or interiors — and where their decision is stuck
- Recommend the right SmartSelect SKU
- Handover converted customers to the advisor team
Must-haves
- B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 1–3 years of experience — site work, construction sales, or building materials sales preferred
- Native Malayalam fluency, working English
- Can speak credibly about: stages of construction, BOQ basics, concrete grades, foundation types, waterproofing, electrical and plumbing rough-in, finishing materials
What this role is NOT
- You will not design homes, draw plans, or visit sites.
- You are not a site engineer with a phone. You are a sales operator with civil engineering credibility.
- This is not a long-cycle B2B role. Decisions happen in 1–3 conversations or they don't happen at all.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
