Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator – E-commerce to manage daily marketplace operations, coordinate order processing, track inventory, support customer service, and assist in driving online sales growth across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate orders across e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Handle customer queries, returns, and order-related issues.
- Update product listings, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Prepare sales and performance reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and marketing teams.
- Ensure smooth marketplace operations and seller account health.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or sales coordination.
- Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Good communication and MS Excel skills.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Salary: As per industry standards.
