What you’ll bring:
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development Manager who’s excited to unlock growth opportunities and build lasting partnerships. This role goes beyond just generating leads—it’s about understanding client needs, solving problems, and helping the business expand in meaningful ways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial leasing and interior design through market research, networking, and client outreach.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, including corporates, MNCs, and investors.
- Understand client office space requirements, design needs, and project expectations, aligning them with the company’s offerings.
- Develop tailored proposals, pitch presentations, and business solutions covering both leasing and end-to-end interior design services.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, design, project delivery, and leasing consultants to ensure seamless client experience and service execution.
- Stay informed on real estate market trends, competitor activities, evolving design solutions, and industry developments.
- Maintain and update client interactions and sales pipeline through CRM systems, sharing regular business reports with the leadership team.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, contributing to the company’s growth strategy in both leasing and interiors verticals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Interior Design Management, or a related field.
- MBA or postgraduate specialization in Sales/Marketing/Real Estate is preferred.
- 2–6 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships within commercial real estate and/or interior design industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting revenue goals and managing high-value client relationships.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with persuasive storytelling abilities for pitching leasing and design solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, closing, and client management skills across diverse industries.
- Strategic, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities in leasing and workplace design.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and comfort working with analytical sales reporting.
- A proactive, target-driven approach with strong networking capabilities.
