Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the overall operations of the branch.
- Achieve business targets for loan disbursement, portfolio growth, and revenue generation.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff to ensure high performance.
- Monitor loan processing, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure timely collection and recovery of loans while maintaining portfolio quality.
- Develop business opportunities through customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve customer grievances.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit standards.
- Prepare branch reports and submit MIS reports to management.
- Safeguard branch assets, cash, and company property.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Experience in branch operations, sales, and team management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of NBFC operations, lending practices, and regulatory compliance.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
