Role Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our field sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys meeting clients face-to-face, and has a knack for converting leads into long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, referrals, and market research
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
- 1+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in industrial machinery or packaging solutions
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand machinery applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to travel extensively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
