About Us
The Bone & Joint Clinic is a rapidly growing orthopaedic practice specializing in knee replacement, hip replacement, sports injuries, spine care, and trauma. We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Telecaller who can convert digital enquiries into clinic consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact patients who have enquired through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertisements.
- Understand the patient's knee pain, mobility issues, and treatment history.
- Educate patients about available treatment options and the benefits of consulting our orthopaedic surgeon.
- Build trust and answer basic questions (training will be provided).
- Schedule appointments at our clinics.
- Follow up with patients who do not book immediately.
- Maintain detailed records in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the clinic reception team regarding appointments.
- Ensure excellent patient experience from first contact until clinic visit.
Primary KPI
- Convert Meta leads into clinic walk-ins.
- Achieve monthly consultation booking targets.
- Maintain high follow-up completion rates.
- Reduce lead response time.
- Ensure accurate lead documentation.
Required Skills
- Excellent Hindi communication (mandatory)
- Good English communication
- Marathi is an advantage
- Confident telephone etiquette
- Sales and persuasion skills
- Empathetic and patient-centric attitude
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM software, and basic computer applications

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are also welcome.
Salary
₹15,000–₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
