Ourea is a 360° branding agency based in Kochi, Kerala, providing strategic branding, marketing, and business solutions to both B2B and B2C clients. In addition to branding services, we offer corporate training, mentoring, coaching, and business consulting for individuals, startups, and organizations.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, typography, layout, and branding, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs across both digital and print platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for social media, branding, digital marketing, and print collateral.
- Develop logos, brand identity elements, presentations, brochures, packaging, and other marketing materials.
- Create visually engaging creatives that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to execute client projects.
- Understand client briefs and translate concepts into effective visual communication.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colour palettes, layouts, and overall brand identity.
- Prepare artwork for both digital and print production.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Stay updated with current design trends, creative techniques, and industry best practices.
- Maintain organized project files and follow the team's workflow and documentation standards.

Education
Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field (Preferred)
Experience
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in Graphic Design.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio and relevant internship experience may also be considered.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and layout design.
- Knowledge of branding and visual identity systems.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and creative design work is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with packaging design and print production.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and current design trends.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or Adobe After Effects is an added advantage.
