About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and technically capable Website Administrator & Support Specialist to provide ongoing support for our extensive education website. The website contains multiple products, course pages, learning resources, forms, and content that require regular maintenance and updates.
This is a fully remote, contract-based role suitable for a freelancer who can respond promptly to technical issues, maintain website functionality, and assist with occasional development and design tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while liaising with our management team to implement updates and improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain website functionality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and website errors.
- Manage website updates, content changes, and product listings.
- Create, edit, and update webpages and landing pages when required.
- Ensure forms, payment gateways, integrations, and user journeys are functioning correctly.
- Upload and organise website content, resources, and learning materials.
- Perform regular website health checks and basic security monitoring.
- Coordinate with third-party providers, plugins, and hosting support when necessary.
- Implement minor design, layout, and functionality enhancements.
- Assist with SEO-related website updates and optimisation.
- Recommend improvements to website usability and performance.

- Keep the website running smoothly.
- Quickly resolve issues when they arise.
- Make content and product updates.

This is an ongoing contract opportunity with flexible working hours and the potential for a longer-term relationship based on performance and business needs.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
