We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who can take complete ownership of our product roadmap, customer discovery, feature prioritization, and product success metrics. This role requires someone who enjoys solving customer problems using data and can work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Leadership to build products that create measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Product Roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on customer feedback, business impact, product analytics, and market research.
- Conduct regular customer interviews with active users, trial users, and churned customers to understand product opportunities.
- Prepare detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and AI teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor activation, retention, feature adoption, and conversion metrics using Mixpanel or similar analytics platforms.
- Drive product experimentation through A/B testing and continuous improvement.
- Manage product releases, feature launches, release notes, and internal communication.
- Build and maintain a structured product backlog.
- Analyze competitor products and recommend strategic improvements.
- Decide product priorities based on customer value and business outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, etc.
- Experience writing PRDs and managing Agile development cycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Social Media or Marketing Technology products.
- Knowledge of APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience working with Product-Led Growth (PLG) SaaS businesses.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled products is an advantage.
