Core Responsibilities
- Production Management: Planning, executing, and monitoring daily knitting production schedules to meet targets.
- Machine Operation & Maintenance: Supervising knitting machine operation, including troubleshooting and servicing to minimize downtime.
- Quality Control: Ensuring finished fabrics meet technical specifications and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervising, training, and coordinating the knitting floor team.
- Resource Coordination: Managing yarn inventory (in/out), materials, and adhering to safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Typically 1-4 years of experience in textile knitting, often specifically in circular knitting.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of knitting machine types, settings, and fabric defect analysis.
- Leadership: Strong team management and communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and optimize processes.
