About the Role
Lakmé Academy Powered by Aptech is looking for a passionate and skilled Skin Trainer to deliver high-quality training in Beauty Therapy and Skin Care. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students aspiring to build careers in the beauty and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct theory and practical training sessions as per the Lakmé Academy curriculum.
- Train students in skin care services including facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, bleaching, manicure, pedicure, and advanced skin treatments.
- Demonstrate industry-standard techniques and maintain high training quality.
- Evaluate student performance through practical and theoretical assessments.
- Prepare students for certifications, assessments, and placements.
- Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and academic records.
- Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and maintenance of training equipment and products.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty and skin care trends and techniques.
- Support academy events, workshops, seminars, and placement activities.
Requirements
- Diploma/Certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in skin care, beauty therapy, or cosmetology.
- Prior training or teaching experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong practical knowledge of skin treatments and beauty services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for training, mentoring, and student development.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
