We’re building a new category of observability purpose-built for complex digital journeys — across payments, lending, core banking and more — already powering some of the largest banks in India and MEA.
We are looking for smart, self-motivated people with excellent communication skills to join our Customer Operations Team as Technical Program Manager, with a passion for customer handling and demonstrated experience. You will be responsible for technical delivery and integration of VuNet’s AIOps platform in the customer environment. You will lead a team of Platform engineers and work with a cross functional team of Product and Customer Organization to deliver on the implementation.

- Overall program planning, detailed project plan with milestones, governance.
- Execution of programs by working with VuNet teams and Customer teams.
- Provide regular status updates and conduct demo/review meetings.
- Plan and identify risks early and work with necessary teams for mitigation.
- 10+ years of experience in IT projects/programs, should have done hands-on work.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading large Program deliveries for Tier-1 customers.
- Experience in programs/projects involving IT Performance monitoring tools.
- Proven ability to articulate a deep understanding of technology, service offerings, and enterprise software deployments during client interactions.
- Ability to create and manage detailed implementation roadmaps, ensuring that observability solutions are delivered on time and meet customer requirements.
- Strong technical expertise in delivering Observability-focused solutions and services
- Understanding the full observability stack, including metrics, logs, traces, and real-time monitoring. Knowledge of how these components integrate to provide insights into system health and performance.
- Well versed in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MPP.
- Must be a self-starter, motivated individual who works well under pressure.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
- Ability to drive collaboration with executives, business and technical teams to achieve effective solutions.
- Outgoing and comfortable building cross-functional relationships.
- Effective communication skills with all levels of management.
- Conflict resolution and negotiations skills to resolve disagreements quickly and effectively, bringing a problem-solving attitude to conflicting approaches and priorities involving others.
