Role Overview:-
We are hiring an experienced SEO Lead to manage end-to-end SEO strategy, improveorganic growth, and guide the SEO team. The candidate should have strong practicalknowledge of technical SEO, local SEO, and team handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives
- Create and execute SEO strategies for ranking improvement
- Manage keyword planning, content optimization, and backlink campaigns
- Handle website audits and SEO issue resolution
- Monitor performance through Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Train and manage SEO interns/team members (2–8 members)
- Prepare weekly performance reports and action plans
- Coordinate with development/content teams for implementation
- Manage local SEO campaigns including business listings and citations
- Work with website teams to implement SEO changes on CMS platforms
Required Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of NAP (Name, Address, Phone consistency) for local SEO
- Hands-on experience with Schema Markup implementation
- Knowledge of local SEO optimization and business listings
- Experience with backlink strategy and competitor analysis
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog SEO Spider, Moz Pro, and Surfer SEO
- Knowledge of Google Business Profile optimization and SEO tools
Required Skills:
- Team handling and work distribution
- SEO audit and reporting/ Problem-solving
- SEO strategy planning/ Knowledge of WordPress
- Basic understanding of Angular / React websites
- Knowledge of technical SEO issues
- Good communication with team
