Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Loan Officer – Telecalling to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in loan sales, customer handling, and telecalling. The role involves generating leads, assisting customers with loan products, and coordinating the loan process until disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain loan products and recommend suitable financing options.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with customers to complete documentation.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for loan processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/MIS.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in loan telecalling, loan sales, or banking/NBFC.
- Experience with Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), or Vehicle Loans will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
