Responsibilities
· Machine Setup: Operate VMC machines, load raw materials, and secure workpieces on the table.
· Tooling & Offsets: Select proper cutting tools, perform tool settings, and update offset corrections.
· Drawing Reading: Read and interpret 2D and 3D engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and basic part layouts.
· Program Editing: Make minor modifications or adjustments to machine programs on controllers like HAAS, Fanuc or Mitsubishi.
Quality Control: Inspect finished tool room components using precision measuring instruments like vernier calipers and micrometers
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
