We are seeking a dedicated Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team and manage day-to-day operations during US night shifts.
Job Overview:
The Operations Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple departments, including Staffing, Accounting, Finance, and HR. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling employee queries and working cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain efficient operations during night shifts. Experience in staffing is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations during the night shift, including coordinating with HR, finance, and accounting teams to ensure smooth workflows.

Employee Query Handling:
-
Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR, payroll, timesheets, benefits, and other operational matters. Ensure timely resolution of issues.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

Work closely with the HR, Accounting, and Finance teams to support operational tasks such as payroll processing, leave management, employee benefits administration, and compliance.

Staffing Operations (Nice to Have):

Assist with staffing operations, including coordinating onboarding/offboarding, managing timesheets, and liaising with the recruitment team for ongoing staffing needs.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records and documentation of employee interactions, operational tasks, and staffing activities. Provide reports to management on night shift operations.

Issue Escalation & Resolution:

Identify and resolve operational issues during the night shift. Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas of improvement in the current processes and work with relevant teams to implement operational efficiencies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in operations, preferably within the staffing, HR, or finance domain.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle employee queries effectively.

Experience in staffing operations is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ERP systems is desirable.

Familiarity with payroll and financial operations is a plus.

The candidate should be willing to work across time zones and travel to the United States.
