Job Title: Telecaller – Jewellery Store Location: Coimbatore Industry: Jewellery Retail Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our jewellery store team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, promoting jewellery products and offers, scheduling store visits, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support sales growth. Roles & Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about jewellery collections, offers, and store promotions. • Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store services. • Invite customers to visit the showroom for new collections, festive offers, and special events. • Maintain and update customer databases and call records. • Follow up with customers who have shown interest in jewellery purchases. • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty. • Coordinate with the showroom sales team regarding customer visits and appointments. • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets set by the management. Required Skills: • Good communication and convincing skills • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM tools preferred) • Customer handling ability • Fluency in Tamil (English is an added advantage) • Ability to handle sales conversations confidently Qualification: • Any Graduate / Diploma • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Preferred: • Experience in telecalling, customer service, or retail sales is an advantage.
