Job Summary
Tirth Enterprise is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales & Administration Intern to support both business development and day-to-day office operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales, customer relationship management, office administration, quotations, and coordination with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in generating new business opportunities through calls, field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Support the sales team in meeting architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, dealers, and retail customers.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and customer requirements.
- Maintain and update customer databases and lead records.
- Assist in product presentations and communicate product information to customers.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents.
- Maintain customer, vendor, and inventory records.
- Handle basic office coordination, filing, and documentation.
- Assist in managing calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams regarding order processing and deliveries.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records of sales and administrative activities.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to travel locally for customer visits when required.
