We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive who can ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day administrative operations while maintaining a professional and efficient workplace.
Role Overview
The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing office administration, coordinating with vendors, maintaining office facilities, handling asset management, and supporting various departments to ensure seamless business operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administrative activities of the office.
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, organized, and operational at all times.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate timely procurement of stationery, pantry items, and other administrative requirements.
- Maintain records of office assets, inventory, and consumables.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, security, courier services, and utility requirements.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and equipment.
- Maintain records of company assets and allocate assets to employees.
- Track inventory movement and conduct periodic stock verification.
- Coordinate repairs, replacements, and servicing of office equipment.
- Handle courier management, visitor management, and general office coordination.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Administration, Office Management, or Facility Management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and asset management.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
