Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end cash logistics, Cash In Transit (CIT) routines, and vault processing.
- ATM Network Upkeep: Manage ATM cash loading, First Line Maintenance (FLM), and turnaround time (TAT) metrics.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate daily operational cash shortages, overages, or audits, and report to high-level stakeholders.
- Service Level Agreements (SLA): Maintain strict adherence to client timelines for cash pickups, deposits, and banking reports.
- Risk & Security Compliance: Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guarantee zero lapses in vehicle route safety and cash handling.
- Business Growth: Drive branch profitability by pursuing new client takeovers, onboarding local businesses, and managing vendor relations.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage route custodians, vehicle crews, and internal office staff
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
