We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales ability, and a proactive approach toward achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Schedule meetings.
- Follow up on leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client servicing.
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM/software.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Eligibility Criteria
