We're looking for a Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will take ownership of features from requirements through delivery, working across a mix of modern and legacy systems. You thrive in an environment that values autonomy, results-driven work, and clear communication.
You are not expected to be an expert in every technology listed. Prior experience with at least .NET and one frontend framework is required, along with a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly.
-
Build and maintain features across backend and frontend, collaborating directly with the product team from functional specs through delivery using .NET (C#), Angular, TypeScript, and SQL Server or Oracle.
-
Debug and troubleshoot production issues independently, including within legacy codebases such as VB.NET, VB6, and Classic ASP that you did not originally write.
-
Write meaningful automated tests (unit and integration) before submitting code for review, ensuring code quality, reliability, and maintainability across all projects.
-
Conduct code reviews for peers, providing constructive and specific feedback that promotes best practices, technical consistency, and continuous improvement.
-
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements, build automation, and deployment processes using Docker, Git, and Azure DevOps.
-
Identify technical debt and propose well-justified refactoring strategies to improve long-term code health across modern and legacy systems.
Backend
-
.NET (C#), Entity Framework, SQL Server, Oracle
Frontend
-
Angular (various versions), TypeScript, HTML/CSS
Legacy Systems
-
VB.NET, VB6, Classic ASP, ODBC-Based Systems
DevOps & CI/CD
-
Docker, CI/CD Pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps
Database
-
SQL Server, Oracle, Entity Framework Migrations
-
Proven experience with .NET (C#) and at least one frontend framework such as Angular, with the ability to build and maintain features across both backend and frontend in a collaborative, product-focused engineering environment.
-
Proficiency with SQL Server or Oracle and relational database concepts, including the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries and data access patterns in production environments.
-
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, and Docker, with demonstrated ability to contribute to build automation, deployment processes, and continuous integration workflows.
-
Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and modify legacy codebases including VB.NET, VB6, and Classic ASP, with a methodical approach to debugging, troubleshooting, and improving existing systems without disrupting production stability.
-
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical decisions, document progress clearly, and collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams across all stages of delivery.
-
Experience with Entity Framework and managing database migrations, with a solid understanding of ORM patterns and their application in enterprise-grade .NET environments.
-
Familiarity working in both Windows and Linux development environments, with the flexibility to adapt tooling, workflows, and debugging approaches across different operating systems and infrastructure configurations.
-
Experience with test automation frameworks and continuous integration tools, with a disciplined approach to writing unit and integration tests that improve code reliability, reduce regression risk, and support confident deployments.
-
Knowledge of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms, with the ability to apply these principles to produce clean, maintainable, and scalable code across modern and legacy systems.
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience — with a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and staying current with evolving development practices and technologies.
