Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, ensure smooth production planning, and maintain quality standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in injection moulding, shop floor management, ERP planning, and production scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day production activities to achieve production targets.
- Plan and monitor production schedules using ERP systems.
- Supervise shop floor operations and optimize productivity.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Conduct internal audits and maintain inspection reports.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and improve output.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Injection Moulding processes.
- Strong knowledge of ERP planning and production scheduling.
- Experience in Shop Floor Management.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain Management.
- Knowledge of Quality Control procedures and ISO standards.
- Experience in preparing and maintaining Audit & Inspection Reports.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
