About the Role
UK International London Beauty School is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Center Manager to oversee the overall operations of our Dehradun center. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, sales, team management, and operational skills to ensure smooth functioning of the center while achieving admission and revenue targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the center.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales, front office, academic, and support teams.
- Drive admissions and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Develop and execute local marketing and business development activities to increase student enrollments.
- Ensure excellent student counseling and customer service throughout the admission journey.
- Monitor lead management, follow-ups, conversions, and admission processes.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity across all departments.
- Coordinate with the Head Office regarding operations, admissions, HR, finance, and compliance.
- Ensure high standards of student experience and address queries or escalations promptly.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on admissions, revenue, and operational performance.
- Manage vendor coordination, infrastructure, and center maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in center operations, branch management, or educational institute management.
- Experience in EdTech, education, beauty academy, training institute, retail, or service industries will be preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and admission targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle operations, customer relationships, and business growth independently.
