Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Solar Trainer to design and deliver training programs for solar energy professionals.
You'll develop and teach courses on solar PV system design, installation, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and deliver solar energy training programs- Create engaging training materials (presentations, handouts, videos)- Assess trainee performance and provide feedback- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies- Collaborate with industry experts to develop relevant content
Required Skills:- Degree in Engineering or related field- 2+ years of experience in solar energy industry- Strong communication and presentation skills- Experience with training delivery and curriculum development- Knowledge of solar PV systems and energy efficiency
