The store operates in a structured, brand-managed environment, dealing with architect-led and premium/luxury brands, offering customized solutions and a superior in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Ownership
- Drive monthly sales targets for the Standard Doors category
- Manage high-value customer interactions and conversions
- Ensure strong visit-to-quote and quote-to-order conversions
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: inquiry → site visit → quote → closure
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and reduce lost deals
2. Customer Engagement & Consultative Selling
- Conduct detailed requirement analysis for customers
- Manage long-cycle, family-influenced purchase decisions
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and decision-makers
- Handle objections related to price, delivery timelines, and customization
3. Field Sales & Site Visits
- Conduct regular site visits and home measurement appointments
- Oversee installations/deliveries when required
- Travel locally on a daily/weekly basis; occasional outstation travel for HNI or project clients
4. Operations & CRM Discipline
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
- Ensure timely follow-ups and quote submissions
- Achieve high standards of data hygiene and reporting discipline
- Use tools like CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and Google Workspace effectively
5. Team Support & Leadership
- Mentor junior Sales Consultants (SCs)
- Support store operations and team performance
- Act as Store Manager’s backup during weekly offs
Skills Required
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversions
- Handle walk-in and high-value customers
- Conduct site visits and customer measurements
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and CRM updates
- Coordinate with customers, architects, and internal teams
- Mentor junior sales staff
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
