We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Freshers as well as Experienced candidates to join our growing Logistics team as a Freight Broker. If you have excellent English communication skills and are eager to build a career in the logistics industry, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers.
- Match available loads with suitable carriers.
- Negotiate freight rates while ensuring profitability.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation.
- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries and concerns.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records using freight brokerage software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 year bond is mandatory for freshers.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in OTR, Drayage, Freight Brokerage, or Logistics will be an added advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in the Night Shift.
