Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting sales activities. Candidates with good communication skills and basic technical knowledge of mechanical engineering are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle customer inquiries and provide required product information.
· Handle customer Purchase Orders (POs) and order confirmations.
· Coordinate with management and production teams for smooth order execution.
· Maintain PO tracking and production status records.
· Prepare and submit quotations to customers.
· Follow up with customers regarding quotations and orders.
· Monitor production progress and follow up on delays.
· Prepare and share weekly WIP reports.
· Coordinate with production, planning, Quality and dispatch departments for order execution.
· Maintain customer records and sales-related documentation.
· Ensure timely preparation of inspection and dispatch documents.
· Support in new customer development and business generation.
· Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
· Prepare reports related to sales activities and order status
· Visit customers if required.
· Maintain professional communication with clients through email and phone calls.
· Support sales and marketing activities of the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Fresher or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing.
· BE/Diploma Mechanical Engineer.
· Candidate should be proactive and confident in communication.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic understanding of mechanical drawings and engineering concepts.
· Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
