Key Responsibilities
- Consult & Convert: Interact with prospective clients to understand their travel needs and sell customized domestic and international holiday packages.
- Itinerary Design: Draft tailored travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transport.
- Sales & Follow-ups: Actively follow up on travel leads, pitch packages, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Documentation & Visas: Assist clients with documentation, visa requirements, and travel protocols.
- Client Relationship Management: Provide end-to-end support before, during, and after trips to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Open to Freshers (with strong communication) and Experienced Travel Professionals/Sales Executives (1–4+ years).
- Prior experience in travel sales, destination knowledge, or outbound call closing is a strong advantage for experienced roles.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with internet browsing.
