Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our real estate sales team by managing customer inquiries, coordinating with channel partners and builders, maintaining sales records, scheduling site visits, and ensuring a seamless sales process from lead generation to booking. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
- Manage and update customer and Channel Partner (CP) leads in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective customers and Channel Partners through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and SMS.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (brokers) to generate sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with builders/developers regarding project updates, inventory availability, pricing, offers, payment plans, and documentation.
- Share project details, price lists, brochures, and marketing materials with Channel Partners.
- Schedule and coordinate customer and Channel Partner site visits.
- Prepare booking forms, quotations, payment plans, and sales-related documentation.
- Coordinate with finance, legal, and documentation teams for booking and registration processes.
- Track customer payments and send timely payment reminders.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, Channel Partner records, customer databases, and MIS reports.
- Assist in onboarding new Channel Partners and maintaining regular communication with them.
- Handle customer and Channel Partner queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Support marketing campaigns by coordinating leads received from digital platforms, Channel Partners, and other sources.
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and complies with company policies.
Required Skills

- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Experience working with Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, or builders/developers will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills may also apply.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in residential, commercial, or plotted development projects.
- Knowledge of Channel Partner management and builder coordination.
- Understanding of property booking, documentation, registration, and payment processes.
- Experience in preparing sales reports and MIS.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
