We are looking for a sales-focused person to handle customer enquiries, manage leads in CRM software, pitch suitable fabrics, follow up for conversion, and coordinate confirmed orders with internal teams.
This is mainly a sales and CRM role, with basic fabric merchandising and order coordination.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries on phone, WhatsApp, email and walk-ins.
- Understand customer fabric requirements such as type, colour, quantity, width, GSM, usage and delivery timeline.
- Suggest suitable fabrics and alternatives to customers.
- Create and update leads/opportunities in Odoo CRM.
- Follow up regularly for quotations, samples, approvals and order confirmation.
- Prepare quotations / sales orders as per company process.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production/purchase and accounts for order execution.
- Update customers about availability, payment, dispatch and delivery status.
- Ensure no enquiry is missed and CRM data is properly maintained.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
- Basic knowledge of fabrics/textiles preferred.
- Comfortable using CRM / ERP software; Odoo experience preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, including filters, sorting, Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP.
- Good coordination and customer handling skills.asic computer knowledge: WhatsApp Web, email and office software.
Preferred Experience
1–4 years in fabric/textile sales, inside sales, CRM handling, sales coordination, customer support or order coordination.
Experience in fabrics, garments, boutiques, designer wear, wholesale textiles or retail fabric business will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
