About the Role
Bestination Holidays is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and target-oriented Tour Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling domestic and international holiday packages, handling customer enquiries, preparing customized itineraries, and closing sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Understand customer requirements and design customized travel itineraries.
- Prepare quotations, travel proposals, and package costing.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, visa teams, and other suppliers.
- Assist customers with visa documentation, travel insurance, forex, and other travel requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/software.
- Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Stay updated on destinations, travel trends, airline offers, and visa regulations.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Ability to prepare customized itineraries and quotations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a travel agency or tour operator.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for travel may also apply for trainee positions.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in selling international holiday packages.
- Knowledge of visa procedures and documentation.
- Experience working with GDS, DMCs, or travel CRM software is an added advantage.
