Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Management Trainee to work closely with the leadership team and gain hands-on exposure to various business functions, including operations, HR, marketing, administration, business development, and patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Learn and support daily clinic operations.
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in HR, recruitment, and employee engagement activities.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports.
- Monitor patient experience and service quality.
- Support marketing and business development initiatives.
- Assist in implementing SOPs and process improvements.
- Coordinate with different departments on assigned projects.
- Participate in management meetings and strategic initiatives.
Eligibility
- MBA (HR/Marketing/Operations/Hospital Administration or related specialization).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
