What you will do:
- The primary goal is to generate high-quality, BANT-qualified sales opportunities (SQLs) for the sales team.
1. Outbound Prospecting Execution
- Execute daily outbound campaigns across: Cold email sequences, LinkedIn outreach and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
- Personalize messaging based on ICP, industry, and use-case
- Continuously test and optimize messaging for better response rates
2. Lead Qualification (SQL / BANT)
- Engage with inbound and outbound responses
- Qualify prospects based on: BANT (budget, Authority, Need & Timeline)
- Identify real buying intent vs. low-quality inquiries
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team
3. Calling & Follow-ups
- Call warm/nurtured prospects to: Qualify interest, Gather context and Move them to meetings.
- Handle objections and route conversations effectively and maintain consistent follow-up cadence
4. Account Research & Targeting
- Build and refine ICP lists (industries, roles, company size)
- Conduct basic research on prospects: Company background, Role relevance, Potential fit
- Support ABM efforts with account-level insights
5. Key Metrics / KPIs
- Number of SQLs generated
- BANT-qualified meetings booked
- Positive reply rate
- Conversion rate (lead meeting)
- Call-to-meeting conversion
- 2–3 years in SDR/BDR/outbound sales role In the US market.
- Strong written communication (especially cold email)
- Very good at cold calling and objection handling
- Experience with tools like: CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), Outreach tools (Apollo, Instantly, etc.), LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- High ownership and consistency
- Ability to handle rejection and keep momentum
- Analytical mindset (can read campaign performance)
- Curious and adaptable to different industries
- Ability to independently run and optimize outbound campaigns
- Clear contribution to revenue pipeline
