What you'd own: → End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout → Onboarding and joining formalities for new hires → Maintaining employee records, attendance, and HR documentation → Coordinating with department heads on hiring needs and manpower planning → Supporting HR policies, employee engagement, and grievance handling
What we're looking for: 1–3 years of experience in HR / Recruitment (freshers with strong communication may also apply)
Comfortable sourcing candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, and referrals Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Good written and verbal communication in English & Hindi
Location: Ramkrishna Nagar, Patna, Bihar
Full-time | Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM Competitive salary, based on experience
