Job Description:
As our Content Strategist, you will bridge the gap between creative ideation and production execution. You won't just be planning static content calendars; you will be mapping out how video, digital, and experiential assets live, breathe, and perform across the entire modern media ecosystem.
You will work hand-in-hand with Creative Directors, Producers, and Accounts teams to turn raw brand objectives into cohesive, multi-platform content frameworks.
What You'll Do
- Strategy & Architecture: Develop comprehensive, multi-channel content strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients, aligning creative concepts with concrete business goals.
- Audience & Market Research: Conduct audience segmentation, competitive analyses, and social listening to uncover insights that fuel our production and creative teams.
- Production Integration: Partner closely with our production crew during pre-production to ensure that captured assets fulfill the diverse platform needs (e.g., optimizing a single shoot for a 30-second broadcast spot, TikTok native cutdowns, and episodic YouTube content).
- Distribution & Journey Mapping: Map out the end-to-end consumer content journey, defining where, when, and why specific creative assets should be deployed.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics, turning raw data into actionable insights and strategic pivots for future creative iterations.
- Governance & Guidelines: Establish tone-of-voice frameworks, content pillars, and structural guidelines for both our agency brand and our clients.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years of experience working as a content strategist or planner within an advertising agency, creative studio, or production house.
- Production Savvy: A strong understanding of the content production lifecycle. You know what it takes to make a video, and you know how to maximize a shot list for digital distribution.
- Platform Expertise: Deep, native knowledge of major digital ecosystems (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, emerging channels) and a clear understanding of their respective algorithms and formats.
- Analytical Toolset: Proficiency with social listening, SEO tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc).
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills. You can pitch a complex data-backed strategy to a room full of creatives or corporate clients and get everyone excited.
