Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic domestic marketing, key account management, business development, and customer relationship management for automotive leaf spring, suspension components, and industrial B2B products. The role involves developing long-term customer partnerships, acquiring new business, increasing market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction while coordinating with Production, PPC, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve annual sales and business growth targets.
- Identify, evaluate, and convert new business opportunities in OEM, Tier-1, aftermarket, and industrial sectors.
- Expand market presence through new customer acquisition and product promotion.
- Generate enquiries, participate in RFQs/RFPs, and convert opportunities into confirmed business.
- Prepare annual business plans, sales forecasts, and revenue projections.
Key Account Management
- Manage strategic customer accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major customers.
- Coordinate customer visits, technical discussions, commercial negotiations, and business reviews.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer scorecards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Sales & Marketing
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop pricing strategies in coordination with Finance and Management.
- Prepare quotations, commercial offers, contracts, and business proposals.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements.
- Identify emerging business opportunities and recommend growth strategies.
- Analyze market data and provide periodic reports to management.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate closely with Production, PPC, Quality, Engineering, Purchase, and Logistics to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Support new product development and customer approval activities.
- Monitor delivery performance and ensure customer commitments are achieved.
Commercial & Customer Support
- Lead commercial negotiations while protecting company profitability.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate timely collections.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and customer-specific requirements.
- Support warranty claims, quality concerns, and corrective action implementation.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of automotive OEM and industrial B2B marketing.
- Proven expertise in key account management and business development.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, leaf springs, suspension systems, and customer requirements.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans.
- Strong commercial acumen with customer-focused decision-making.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
