IndiaZone, a growing B2B commerce platform, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to lead both marketing and sales initiatives, drive business growth, and strengthen the platform's market presence.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B marketing, digital marketing, lead generation, business development, and sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase subscriptions, platform adoption, and revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels
- Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, wholesalers, exporters, distributors, and service providers
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
- Support and guide sales executives and business development activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
2. Marketing & Brand Growth:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Oversee social media marketing, content marketing, and lead generation initiatives
- Coordinate branding, advertising, promotional campaigns, and business visibility programs
- Monitor marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on results
- Work closely with creative, content, and technical teams to improve brand presence
3. Strategy & Management:
- Develop growth strategies based on market trends and business opportunities
- Track sales and marketing performance through reports and analytics
- Coordinate with management to support company growth objectives
- Recommend new initiatives to improve customer acquisition and retention
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum *5 years of experience* in sales, marketing, business development, or related roles
- Strong understanding of *digital marketing, lead generation, and sales management*
- Experience handling both online and offline marketing activities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to lead initiatives independently and achieve business targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Background:
- Experience in *B2B sales and marketing*
- Experience working with digital platforms, marketplaces, SaaS products, or subscription-based businesses
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM systems, and marketing analytics
- Experience managing teams, agencies, or external vendors
- Understanding of advertising sales, platform subscriptions, or business services is an advantage
