Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering first and second level technical assistance for infrastructure, systems, and applications across both production and development settings. This role requires working closely with users and clients, either remotely or onsite, to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. The practitioner follows established operational procedures to maintain service stability and quality, ensuring smooth functioning of various technology platforms. Collaboration with different teams and adherence to defined processes are key aspects of the daily routine, contributing to a reliable and responsive support environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead LAN/WLAN current-state assessment and discovery.
Develop and validate LAN/WLAN HLD/LLD.
Design and implement Aruba Switching solutions.
Design and implement Aruba Wireless solutions.
Work with Aruba Central for configuration, monitoring and management.
Support campus LAN/WLAN modernization and technology refresh.
Develop site migration and cutover strategies.
Validate switch, wireless and network configurations.
Support deployment waves and site migrations.
Troubleshoot complex LAN/WLAN issues.
Coordinate with Prisma SD-WAN, NAC/security and infrastructure teams.
Support post-migration validation and stabilization.
Define deployment standards and configuration templates.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Defined Network Implementation.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SD Access Operations.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure components and their configurations.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to network and system infrastructure.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Experience in maintaining high availability and performance of network services.
