- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise kitchen and service staff.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock control.
- Monitor food safety and statutory compliance.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
- Prepare staff schedules and oversee attendance.
- Control food costs, wastage, and operational expenses.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain sales records and submit daily/weekly reports.
