Role - Primary Coordinator (for School )
Key Responsibilities :-
- Academic Leadership : Oversee syllabus execution, check lesson plans, and review student performance data.
- Staff Management : Mentor teachers, conduct classroom observations, and lead professional development.
- Student Well-being : Monitor attendance, behavior, and coordinate remedial help for children who need extra support.
- Parent Relations : Communicate student progress and resolve parent questions or concerns.
Requirements :-
- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, with a mandatory B.Ed. or early childhood certification.
- Experience : 3 to 8 years of teaching experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or coordination role.
- Skills : Strong communication, team mentoring, and basic data analysis.
