About the Role
We are hiring for a Life Insurance Lead Generation process. The role involves generating quality leads for life insurance products through outbound and inbound communication. This is an on-payroll role with fixed salary + unlimited incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for life insurance products via calls and other channels
- Maintain daily lead targets and follow-up with prospects
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/database
- Coordinate with sales team to convert leads into policies
- Meet monthly KPIs for lead quality and quantity
- Provide excellent customer experience with professional communication
Requirements
- Education: HSC or Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales experience is mandatory
- Communication: Good to Very Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Marathi
- Age: Up to 28 years
- Other: All original documents mandatory for onboarding
- Must be target-oriented, confident, and have a customer-centric approach
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹35,000/- in hand per month
Depends on last drawn salary & experience
- Incentives: Unlimited performance-based incentives
