About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Virtual Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests virtually! In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service through phone, KIOSK systems, and digital platforms, ensuring every guest interaction is smooth, professional, and memorable.

> Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest interactions via phone, KIOSK, and computer-based systems
- Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide accurate information
- Coordinate with on-site teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain a warm, professional, and welcoming tone in all communications
> What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and well-presented personality
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with digital tools
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- MUST have 3-6 months of experience.

- Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with hotel front desk operations or hospitality software
- Background in hospitality management
