We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Export Merchandiser to manage customer orders from sampling to final shipment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in export merchandising, and the ability to coordinate effectively with buyers, vendors, production, quality, and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle buyer inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.
- Coordinate with international buyers regarding product development, approvals, pricing, and order execution.
- Follow up on sampling, development, and buyer feedback.
- Prepare costing sheets and maintain order profitability.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor production status and ensure shipments are dispatched as per schedule.
- Prepare and maintain order trackers, production plans, and shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and CHA for export documentation and shipments.
- Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, quality standards, and packaging requirements.
- Resolve production and shipment issues proactively.
- Maintain all merchandising records and buyer communications.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
